Every Trade Is Ours
Cabinets, countertops, tile and plumbing are four different trades. Most remodellers subcontract at least two of them, which is where the waiting happens — a week for the counter fabricator, another for the plumber, and a kitchen you cannot use in between.
Our cabinet, countertop, tile and plumbing specialists all work for us, and they work on your kitchen in sequence rather than whenever a third party can fit you in. Nobody is waiting on anybody. That is the entire reason the job closes in three to five days instead of a month.
It also means one number to call. When something needs deciding mid-project, the person who answers is the person whose crew is in your kitchen.
We Finish What We Start
One kitchen at a time. The crew that starts your job is in your house every day until it is finished, and they are not splitting the week between three other addresses.
A project manager keeps you told — what is happening tomorrow, what is arriving, what still needs choosing. Nobody has to chase anybody for a date, because there is only one schedule and you are on it.
We clean up each evening. You get your kitchen back at the end of the week looking like the photographs, not like something that has been worked on.
