“I was elated from the moment the owner of the company came to my house with his samples and made me feel that what he was explaining to me about the work to be done would be done guaranteed by him. I love my new cabinets & drawer fronts. I changed colors of one set of cabinets from white to black and the work was incredible. The technicians did a wonderful job of installation and taking away all garbage and clean up after themselves. I would recommend New Look to anyone who would want to reface their kitchen cabinets.”

At the end of every job we walk the kitchen with the customer and ask them to sign a completion certificate. There is a box on it for comments, and this is what people wrote in it.
These are transcribed from the paper forms, which we still hold. They carry no star rating, because the form has no rating on it — so none is shown here. Nothing has been tidied up beyond expanding an abbreviation, and where a word is genuinely illegible we have quoted only the part we can read.
We publish only the ones where the customer ticked and initialled the box permitting us to use their name, and we publish the name and town, never the address on the form.
