New Look Kitchen Refacing Inc. (“New Look”, “we”) is a kitchen cabinet refacing company at 30 Commerce Drive, Farmingdale, New York. This page explains what we collect through www.newlookrefacing.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you request an estimate through the site, we collect what you type:

Your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code.
Anything you write in the message field.
If you book an appointment, the address of the kitchen and any notes you add.

We also record where your visit came from — for example that you arrived from a Google search, a Google or Facebook ad, or another website — so we know which of our advertising actually brings customers. This is stored in a cookie on your device for up to 90 days and attached to your enquiry when you submit it.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry and schedule a free in-home estimate.
To confirm, remind you about, or reschedule that appointment.
To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to do the work.
To understand which advertising brings customers. When a job is booked or completed we may report that outcome to the advertising platform that brought you here (Google or Meta), matched to your original click and, in some cases, a hashed version of your email or phone number.

We do not sell your information.

Text messages

By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree that New Look may send you text messages about your estimate request — to help you pick an appointment time, and to confirm and remind you about it. Messages are sent only in connection with an enquiry you made; we do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process your information only on our behalf:

A customer-relationship system (HighLevel) where enquiries, appointments and quotes are kept.
An email service (Resend) that delivers a copy of each enquiry to us.
Website hosting (Vercel).
A live-chat service (Blazeo) if you choose to start a chat on the site.
Analytics and advertising measurement: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) and a click-fraud protection service (ClickCease). These set cookies of their own; see “Cookies” below.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie of its own, which remembers where your visit came from for up to 90 days. Google, Meta and ClickCease set cookies to measure advertising and detect fraudulent clicks. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Keeping and deleting it
